Identify key causes of constipation (scar tissue, diet, visceral restrictions, stress, poor toileting habits, poor fluid intake, excessive abdominal tension, etc).
Describe belly breathing and how it impacts pelvic floor function related to pooping
Demonstrate proper toileting posture and defecation mechanics
