Do you ever find yourself forcing it to poop? Pushing and straining is detrimental to your overall health and well-being, but not everyone likes talking about this common problem.

Pooping can feel great, and in this workshop you’ll learn how!

This workshop will show you how to:

  • Define the pelvic floor & identify key pelvic floor muscles related to bowel function
  • Identify key causes of constipation (scar tissue, diet, visceral restrictions, stress, poor toileting habits, poor fluid intake, excessive abdominal tension, etc).
  • Describe belly breathing and how it impacts pelvic floor function related to pooping
  • Demonstrate proper toileting posture and defecation mechanics
