Greta Kent-Stoll is returning to our community class series to teach an Ayurvedic understanding of the root imbalances that contribute to anxiety. In this class, we will learn about beneficial herbs and foods for reducing and managing anxiety, as well as lifestyle practices for enhancing emotional balance. 

Greta Kent-Stoll is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, educated and trained through the California College of Ayurveda. A former educator and long-time Iyengar yoga practitioner, she brings extensive experience in those realms to her Ayurveda practice. In addition to her consultations through Asheville Ayurveda, she co-owns Iyengar Yoga Asheville and regularly publishes articles on the topics of Ayurveda and herbalism.
