We are limiting our schedule to 16 patients a day per provider so that we will have more time with each patient. We will leave some appointments open each day for ‘walk-ins,’ emergencies, and those unexpected things that happen. We have two ways to participate:

1.) Integrative Life Program

We offer an affordable, comprehensive program to give you the skills and support to lead a vital, fulfilling life. For $40 a month and a year commitment, you will get:

  • A full physical
  • Nutrition consult
  • All basic labs for the year
  • Unlimited regular office visits for $20
  • Primary care acupuncture for $50
  • A $30 discount off all procedures
  • Free access to all of our classes
  • Support from our growing community

2.) Individual Visits

  • You may be seen on a per visit basis for $50, plus lab or procedure fees. We have gone to great lengths to lower our prices and increase the time you spend with providers. Our basic fee will allow for up to 20 minutes with the physician.  We ask that you arrive early so that you may complete any needed paperwork, and then may have the full time with your provider.
  • We are promoting comprehensive, continuity of care, and recommend an initial “establish care visit” to review your entire history, current life, and aspirations.  We allot up to 40 minutes for the establish care visit and discount the rate to $80 to make primary care accessible to you.
  • If you have multiple complex problems, we would be happy to see you over a series of visits to get the full picture, or you may reserve consecutive appointments to have more time. The rate is $50 per 20 minute period. For example, a one hour appointment would be $150.
  • All prices will be clearly displayed with no hidden fees. All payment is due at time of service. Time over the scheduled visit will be billed at 20 minute increments at a rate of $50.
  • In order to provide service at these low prices we will not be filing insurance for patients, however we will provide forms for you to submit to obtain reimbursement or apply fees to your deductible. Our services will be qualified under a Health Savings Account (HSA), and we do encourage our patients to have some form of insurance for emergency situations.
  • We understand that you may have urgent needs. Because we provide comprehensive care, we will be happy to see you for up to two visits to address urgent concerns, before requiring a visit to establish as a patient.
  • If you are seeking in-depth, integrative care we recommend the Integrative Life Program as the most cost-effective pathway.
