Lab Visit
Lab Visits: New members must complete their first medical visit prior to scheduling labs, since provider orders are needed. This appointment type is for individuals needing routine or urgent lab work, and who do not have respiratory symptoms.
Curbside Test
Curbside Testing: We offer curbside testing for COVID-19, Flu, RSV, Strep, and Measles. Please contact the office prior to scheduling a curbside test.
