If sleep is so important, why is it so hard to get?
We constantly hear about the importance of good sleep—but for many of us, it’s just not as easy as going to bed at the same time each night in a quiet, dark room. In this class, we’ll explore the biology of sleep, common sleep challenges, and practical solutions to overcome them. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of what affects your sleep and simple steps you can take tonight to start sleeping better.
This community class will take place on May 22 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Wrong Way’s River Lodge. The event is free and open to Integrative Life Members and the public. Please RSVP via this link to attend in person! This event will also be broadcast via our YouTube page. It is not necessary to RSVP for the virtual broadcast.
