Simone is a functional Registered Dietitian who earned her master’s degree in clinical nutrition at NYU and completed training at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She is certified in Plant-Based Nutrition (eCornell) and has completed Monash University’s Low FODMAP training, allowing her to provide unique support to those facing GI concerns. Simone is passionate about providing inclusive, judgement-free, and compassionate care to adults seeking help with gut disorders, women’s health, & sustainable weight management. Her approach to nutrition counseling combines evidence-based science with an intuitive eating framework to help heal the gut and free clients from unsustainable dieting and restriction.
