We are proud to offer multiple locations to better serve our Western North Carolina community and meet your primary care needs. Our beautiful South Asheville office, opening August 2025, was thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, continuing our mission to make integrative primary care accessible for all.

Our Arden office is conveniently situated near I-26, and Long Shoals Road, housed in a commercial building alongside other healthcare businesses including  dentistry, PT, massage therapy chiropractic and acupuncture. This space allows us to expand our reach while maintaining the warm, patient-focused atmosphere our patients value.

Bringing their expertise and compassion to this new location are:

Dr. Chad Krisel – Co-founder of Integrative Family Medicine, board-certified in Family and Holistic Medicine, with global clinical experience

Katey Perry, FNP – Full spectrum primary care with special interest in women’s health (accepting new patients ages 1+)

Dr. Michael Crowgey – Family Medicine physician, board certified in Integrative Medicine (accepting new patients ages 0-62)

Liz Frost, PA-C, MSCP – Women’s health specialist and full spectrum primary care
