Looking to step into this autumn with vitality and excellent health? Consider joining our Fall Reboot! The Reboot will start on September 12, 2022, and will be guided by our health coach, Ariana Figueroa. Participants will have the choice of following either the Whole30 program or the Plant-Based Whole30 program. Ariana will offer group support, accountability, guidance, and tips for preparing and navigating a Whole30. Most who complete a Whole30 report feeling better all around and see improvements in health metrics (such as blood glucose and cholesterol).
The original Whole30 program removes sugar, dairy, alcohol, grains, and legumes from your diet for thirty days. During that time, the focus is on eating whole foods: vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and healthy-sourced animal products.
The Plant-Based Whole30 program also removes the most common inflammatory food groups from your diet, with adaptations added to ensure participants can eat sufficient plant-based protein. The program focuses on eating whole foods: vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes, lentils, peas, minimally processed forms of soy, natural plant-based fats, and etc.
