Exercise: Healthy Movement Habits (Group Health Coaching Session)

This group health coaching series will offer practical support for continuing to cultivate health and well-being during the unprecedented and stressful times we are all navigating. Health Coach Ariana Figueroa will guide attendees through the health coaching process which facilitates insights and practical action steps. This series is free and open to the community at large.  Each session will focus on one topic-with space for twenty participants per session. Please register for each date separately.
