Lab Visits: New members must complete their first medical visit prior to scheduling labs, since provider orders are needed. If you have potential COVID-19/Flu symptoms — recent onset of fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell, sore throat, fatigue, loss of taste, sore muscles, runny nose, headache, or diarrhea — prior to entering for any visit type you must be seen first virtually or curbside or have a *clinic-verified, negative COVID test, regardless of vaccine status. *Performed within 24 hours by a medical professional.

COVID-19 Testing (Curbside): We offer the following types of COVID-19 tests for our members: 1) PCR 2) Rapid antigen/flu combination 3) Viral respiratory panel: rapid antigen/flu/Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).
