INGREDIENTS
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 heaping tsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional, omit for Whole30 or vegan)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir until completely mixed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
