The perfect refreshing summer snack with a little kick!  Not only is it easy and delicious, its a great way to stay hydrated on a hot day. 

 

PREP TIME:  5 minutes
TOTAL TIME:  5 minutes

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large jicama, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 C watermelon, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/3 C coarsely chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Tajin, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Combine the jicama and watermelon in a large bowl. Toss with the cilantro and lime juice.

Season with Tajin and serve immediately.
