Matt Curran

Matt graduated from the University of North Carolina at Asheville with a degree in biology. As a MedServe Fellow and AmeriCorps member, he is part of a program that places future health professionals in primary care clinics across North Carolina to promote health equity and community engagement.

At Integrative Family Medicine, Matt supports both the clinical and community aspects of care, reflecting his interest in the intersection of biology and primary care. He believes strongly in patient advocacy and values an integrative, collaborative approach to health that empowers individuals to take an active role in their well-being.

Outside of the clinic, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors—especially backpacking, running, and rock climbing in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
