SUMMARY:Community Event: French Broad River Cleanup
DESCRIPTION:   Integrative Family Medicine of Asheville will be partnering with Asheville GreenWorks for a private French Broad River cleanup! We will be cleaning from Craven St. Bridge to Silver-Line Park in Woodfin. Please utilize parkingalong Craven St. if lot is full. \nAsheville GreenWorks will supply kayaks and canoes\, along with tools\, and safetygear for the trip. Participants will be in the water for this river cleanup\, so pleasecome equipped with swimwear\, quick-dry shorts\, and tops. River sandals\,Chacos\, water socks\, or old sneakers are recommended; bare feet\, flip-flops\, orslides are prohibited. We suggest participants be aged 13 or older. Remember tobring a towel for the journey home. No prior paddling experience is necessary forthis cleanup event.
