She has studied Qigong since 2005 in the Jade Purity tradition and draws from her studies with Jeffrey Yuen\, Tracey Peck\, Alex Feng\, David Coon\, and others. SUMMARY:Orchard Fun:  Southside Community Orchard Workday
DESCRIPTION:Curious about how to prune fruit trees? Want to give back to your community? Join us for a fun day in the community orchard on Livingston street! We will mulch\, weed\, and prune to help the orchard get ready for the winter.  Asheville GreenWorks will supply tools\, gloves\, refreshments\, and guidance. \nEstablished in 1973\, GreenWorks’s mission is to inspire\, equip\, and mobilize individuals and communities to take care of the places we love to live. They do this by working to clean our local rivers and tributaries\, plant and preserve trees\, and foster community orchards. GreenWorks is the most active volunteer environmental organization in Western North Carolina.  Integrative Family Medicine is dedicated to giving back to our community. Once a year we coordinate a time to work in the Livingston street orchard\, just around the corner from our office. \nIf you are interested in attending the event\, please RSVP before  October 25 at 12:00pm following this link: https://integrativefamily-med-asheville.as.me/?appointmentType=11407754. The event is free for Integrative Life Members. There is a suggested donation of $5 for non-members. Donations will go to our monthly non-profit beneficiary.
