Come learn the basics of this deep and beautiful holistic healing system! Ayurveda addresses the roots of illness and gives you the tools for optimal well-being. By optimizing your body’s ability to self-heal, this ancient Vedic science guides you to your most healthy, vibrant state.

Greta will discuss the foundational concepts of Ayurveda. Through interactive learning, you will explore the three mind-body types (doshas): Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and how they present within you! This promises to be an informative and engaging introductory exploration of Ayurveda!




Greta Kent-Stoll is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, educated and trained through the California College of Ayurveda. A former educator and long-time Iyengar yoga practitioner, she brings extensive background experience in education and yoga to her Ayurveda practice. In addition to her Ayurveda practice, Asheville Ayurveda, she is also a content writer for the Herbal Academy‘s online herbalism resource, the Herbarium, and has published in the Ayurvedic Journal of Health.
