In our modern world we often forget that our environment influences our health. Research shows that exposure to the natural world and the lack thereof is an important determinant of individual and community health and well-being. This talk will explore some of the theories and evidence behind this inherent human response and discuss ways to incorporate more of its benefits in our lives.
