Aimee grew up right here in Asheville before moving out west where she received her undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Utah. Knowing she wanted to pursue medicine, she graduated in 2011 with her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies with distinction from Touro University, Nevada.
Aimee and her husband then moved to the Bay Area where she worked in orthopedics sports medicine. After the birth of their first son in 2013, they moved to Oregon where Aimee worked in many different areas of medicine including: gynecologic oncology, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and urgent care. After several years of practicing conventional medicine, she began diving deeper into integrative medicine by studying under renowned women’s health physician Dr. Aviva Romm. Aimee continues to grow and develop her expertise in herbal medicine for women’s health and Integrative medicine for women. She is excited to work in partnership with all of her patients to create health and vitality.
Aimee and her family are ecstatic to have returned home to western North Carolina, and she is delighted to serve the patients of Integrative Family Medicine and surrounding communities.
Aimee enjoys exploring the mountains of WNC with her husband and two boys by hiking, climbing, and camping. She loves spending time with family and friends and exploring the “new” Asheville after being gone for such an extended period of time.
