Our monthly classes will feature local experts giving practical courses on cooking, healthy shopping on a budget, growing your own foods, using foods as medicine, herbal medicine, yoga, meditation, qigong and more.
As the program develops, we will begin to offer weekly classes and course series based on patient interest. We want you to be able to take care of yourself and your community. We will help you learn these skills. We will support you in enjoying a vital, fulfilling life.
This program also provides a solution for small businesses looking to provide coverage for their employees. The combination of a high-deductible insurance plan, HSA, and the Integrative Life Program offers comprehensive care for a fraction of the cost of traditional group plans. It also gives employees the ability to use HSA funds for acupuncture or other approved services not typically covered by conventional plans.
